Cingular Stinks! And Sucks!

For nearly two months I've been dealing with the latest wave of troubles from my wireless provider -- Cingular, or rather SUCKULAR. I'm being billed for roaming and long-distance when my plan is roaming and long-distance-free! This month I had over $120 in roaming charges on my bill. Each month, I have to spend at least an hour on the phone getting them to correct the bill, and of course I still manage to get charged a little more than I should because we miss a couple of items. Not only that, I am missing a number of important calls each week. Being a freelancer, I depend on my phone for access to work, and I am missing out because of cingular wireless' incompetence.

believe me i know,i just departed ways from my cingular wireless job,in the corporate officce.cingular cannot possibly give great customer service when they have horrible supervisors, etc.i have seen the bills every day and until this day i dont know what the hell they charge these people for.they try to make the bills hard & complicated so the cust dont know what they are bieng chrged for.they are a fucking rip off & that will be the reason why i dont have cingular service.ha ha ha,no but im serious. coming from the little rock call center,before they hire any one to assist the customers they need to hire new managers & back fielders to assist employees bettter.it makes the company look very bad when the employees arent worth jack shit.
this goes out to CHRISTIE HARDIN (LRCC) ,ASHLEY ROGERS (LRCC),LONNIE WARREN (LRCC),te president of cingular needs to take care of these ass holes.These are some reasons why cingular suck,coming from a x cingular employee.Blow this shit up & place it nation wide.

Who is the president of Cingular??? It is a faceless giant. They discontinued me as a customer after 5 years because I don't bounce of the right tower for my calls. We had just purchased a razor phone 3 days after the date of the letter they sent. There is no one to negotiate with...only nameless people at the call center you are on hold for five minutes in order to speak with them. Then they sent me a $600 bill for cancellation fees when they said the fees would not be charged. This how Cingular values a good customer. There is also no person or email for complaints.

I also worked for this shithole. 3 years of my life wasted, yes i admit it, I was one of those CSR's you called to get the fuck nup's fixed. I say this to all cell phone users, If you knew the truth, you'd toss the your cell phones. If I can give any advice, Don't work for them, don't bother with there service, and if you need to have something fixed, call at 8:50 p.m., trust me, you'll get a credit.
I will not bore you with my employment horror story. However I will say this, they are not a company to be trusted.

trust me, in working for the corporation myself, i have seen many of the bills with mistakes on them. I deal with it on a daily basis. Im not sure about the other CRSs on this page but I have had a great experience with my employment there. If mistakes are brought to our attention we are more then happy to give credit where credit is due. Lets not forget that we are dealing with technology and computers are not perfect just like the human being that you are.

Hi there, since you have so many complaints about your carrier, try prepaid. It costs less because you are in control of the money you will spend for the calls you will make and the calls you will receive.
