Innopocket Treo 650 Magnum Case Failure

For my wife's birthday this month, I decided to upgrade her 1-yr old (and badly worn) aluminum Treo case from Innopocket. I thought that the magnesium case would be up to the challenge of taking the abuse that my wife inflicts on all things electronic. Sadly, this was not the case, as the new, harder case was held together with glue!

This Blogger beta isn't letting me upload all of the pics, but the one that it is allowing shows the glue points that have failed to hold the hinge and door components in-place. I've written to Innopocket, and they have written back (in Chinglish) that a replacement is on the way, but I wonder if the parts are still held in place with adhesive...
